Lakewood Bin Pros runs out of a yard at 1510 Kendall St, inside Lakewood city limits in Jefferson County, about a block off West Colfax. The idea is simple: dumpster rental that is straightforward, affordable and reliable, with somebody who answers the phone. So we keep it plain. One flat number that covers the job. A delivery we keep. A local person on the line, not a national call center.
Lakewood is a big place to know — 155,984 people in the city at the 2020 Census and 582,910 in Jefferson County. Homeowners call about cleanouts, remodels and storm-damaged roofs; property managers turn over units; contractors build across the city and out to Golden, Arvada and Denver. Knowing which of those a call is before the truck leaves the yard is most of the job — along with knowing that Lakewood runs no trash service of its own, that a dumpster belongs on a hard surface rather than the lawn, that the street takes a City permit and only when the property has no room, and that Colorado will not let TVs, computers, car batteries, used oil or tires into its landfills.
Whatever you are clearing — a garage or a whole house, a job site, a yard full of storm limbs or a rental you want emptied by a crew — the container exists for it. Call (720) 370-8548 and describe it in a sentence.

How it works
Most bookings take a few minutes.
One short conversation. We ask the location, what you are clearing — a cleanout, a renovation, a roof, a yard, a job site — roughly how much there is, and how much room the driveway or lot gives us.
You get one number that covers delivery, pickup, disposal, the standard rental period and an included weight allowance. If a smaller box does the job we will say so. If it is concrete, shingles or dirt, we say up front that weight decides the size.
The driver sets the container on the driveway, lot or job site where you asked, on a hard surface rather than the lawn. Often same-day or next-day, depending on availability. You do not need to be home.
Keep it below the top edge and keep the banned items out — paint and solvents, chemicals, oil and fuel, batteries, tires, propane tanks and gas cylinders, medical waste, asbestos, and TVs, computers and other electronics. Need more time or a swap mid-job? One call.
The load is covered or secured and goes to an approved facility, with metal, concrete, cardboard and yard debris recycled through local Colorado facilities whenever possible. You get your driveway back the way you left it.
On the job
We walk you through placement before the truck backs in, and check in again at pickup.

Local knowledge
There is a difference between covering an area and knowing it. We know which drives the truck fits down, that Lakewood wants a dumpster on an improved all-weather surface rather than the lawn, that a Lakewood street placement needs a no-charge Public Way permit and is allowed only when the property has no suitable spot, that we found no CDOT permit path for a container on Colfax, Sheridan or Wadsworth, that Denver issues its street permit only to the container company, and that unincorporated Jefferson County — Applewood, Ken Caryl and most of Columbine — charges $50 for a container permit and keeps containers off arterials.
Our service area page lists every town we cover, grouped by area, and each has its own page covering access, local character and what that city's or county's own code says about containers in the street and who may haul.

Why us
The phone is answered by someone who understands Lakewood projects and timelines — a short driveway on a tight lot, a bigger suburban property, a job site off Colfax or Wadsworth.
Delivery, the rental, pickup, disposal and an included weight allowance in a single number. No hidden fees and no surprise charges. If your load looks like it will go over, we say so before the truck leaves the yard.
Call early in the day and many orders can go out the same day, depending on availability. If it has to be tomorrow, we tell you before you book.
Careful placement on a hard surface, and the driver tells you before delivery if a tight drive, low wires or soft ground needs a different approach. Boards or plywood under the container add protection.
Weight fills a container long before volume does. If a 10 yard is the honest answer for your broken-up concrete, that is what we will quote you.
Heavy winds and snow drop branches, fences and shingles in an afternoon. We tell you honestly when the container can be there.

Answers
Dumpster rental typically ranges from about $350 to $750 depending on the dumpster size, the type of material, the delivery location and the rental length, with no hidden fees. You get one flat rate up front that includes delivery, pickup, disposal, the standard rental period and the included weight — about 1 to 2 tons on a 10 yard, up to 5 to 6 on a 40. Going over the weight can add a fee, and extra days are an additional fee. Call (720) 370-8548 for a firm number for your address.
In many areas the same day or next day, depending on availability — call early in the day for the best chance of same-day. Near homes, drop-offs run Monday to Saturday between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m., outside the holidays Lakewood lists, because the City's noise code bars trash-truck loading and unloading near homes at other times (§9.52.130).
Not for your own driveway, as far as we found — the City's permit is for the public right-of-way. Keep the container on an improved all-weather surface such as a paved or gravel driveway, not the grass (§8.14.025(D), §9.80.020). For the street, Lakewood requires a no-charge Public Way permit before a temporary roll-off is placed, applied for through eTRAKiT, and it can stay up to 30 days unless the City extends it (§8.14.028). The City allows street placement only if there is no suitable location on the private property. On state highways such as West Colfax, Sheridan Boulevard and Wadsworth Boulevard we found no CDOT permit path for a container. Check your HOA too. We flag it when you book.
Colorado bars electronic devices — TVs, computers, monitors, laptops, tablets, printers — from landfills (C.R.S. 25-17-303), prohibits land disposal of residentially generated lead-acid batteries and used oil (C.R.S. 30-20-1002, 30-20-1005), and sends waste tires to tire collectors and processors (C.R.S. 30-20-1414). We also keep out paint and solvents, hazardous chemicals, propane tanks and gas cylinders, medical waste, asbestos, and fridges, freezers or A/C units that still hold refrigerant. Lakewood and Jefferson County residents can take paint, car batteries and motor oil to Rooney Road Recycling Center free, by appointment.
We take care during placement to minimize any risk. For additional protection you can place boards or plywood under the dumpster, especially on a newer or decorative driveway. Tell us before delivery if a surface worries you.
Volume and weight are two separate limits, and the material decides which runs out first. Small cleanups, roofing and heavy material such as concrete or dirt are a 10 or 15; remodeling and landscaping projects a 20; construction, demolition and large-scale cleanouts a 30 or 40. The size guide covers it; the phone call confirms it.
Yes — Edgewater, Wheat Ridge, Applewood and west Denver next door; Golden, Morrison, Arvada and Westminster to the west and north; and Sheridan, Englewood, Bow Mar, Littleton, Columbine and Ken Caryl to the south. Each town has its own page with its own street and hauler rules.
Early. Same-day depends on availability, and a call early in the day gives you the best chance. For a planned remodel or cleanout, a few days' notice gets you the size you want on the day you want it — and if a demolition is involved, the state's demolition notice has to be filed ten working days ahead.
