Nature of our service

Lakewood Bin Pros provides temporary roll-off dumpster rentals for residential, commercial and construction projects in Lakewood, Colorado and the surrounding west Denver metro — home cleanouts, renovation debris, roofing projects, construction waste, yard waste cleanup and junk removal. Depending on the project, the schedule and the location, we may provide the rental directly or connect you with an independent local dumpster rental provider ("Service Provider"), for example when additional availability or specialized services are needed. When you request a quote, call us or submit information through the website, your information may be shared with a Service Provider able to handle your request. We do not operate disposal sites or landfill facilities. Each Service Provider operates independently and is responsible for its own pricing, scheduling, operations, customer service and performance. Every rental depends on dumpster availability, the delivery location, the rental duration, the type of material and local, county and state rules.

Acceptance of terms

By using the website, requesting a quote or contacting us by phone, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you will use our services only for lawful purposes, and that you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

No guarantee of service

We work to provide dependable and timely dumpster rental, but availability varies with demand and scheduling, delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, pricing and service details may vary with project scope, and weather, traffic, facility restrictions or local regulations — including limits on the hours trucks may load and unload near homes — may affect scheduling. Same-day and next-day delivery depend on availability. Where a Service Provider handles your rental, the service is performed by that provider, any service agreement is between you and that provider, and we are not responsible for scheduling conflicts, delays, cancellations or disputes arising from it.

Information collection and sharing

When you submit a request, call our number or book a service, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, project details and service location. This information is used to provide service and is shared only with those who need it to respond to your request and coordinate the rental, such as a relevant local Service Provider. The Privacy Policy explains more.

Payments and pricing

Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and vary with the dumpster size, the rental period, weight allowances, the materials disposed of, the delivery location, and any additional rental days or overage charges. Please review all quoted pricing before booking. Our flat-rate pricing includes delivery, pickup, disposal within the included weight allowance and the standard rental period. If a load exceeds the included weight, an additional fee may apply based on weight; extra rental days are charged as quoted. We are not responsible for unexpected charges caused by overloaded containers, prohibited materials, extended rental periods or inaccessible delivery locations. We accept major credit and debit cards, and payment is processed at the time of booking to secure your delivery date. Lakewood Bin Pros handles pricing for the services we provide directly. Where a Service Provider handles the rental, pricing, billing, refunds and any overage charges are handled directly between you and that provider, and we are not responsible for that provider's quotes or estimates, billing issues, refunds or disputes.

Use of the container

Most rentals include a standard rental period, typically 3 to 7 days, unless otherwise agreed; extensions are available for an additional fee. You are responsible for providing a safe, accessible placement area on a flat, hard surface able to support the delivery truck and the loaded container; for loading no higher than the top edge and spreading the weight evenly; for protecting nearby vehicles, structures and surfaces during loading; and for keeping prohibited materials out. Do not place hazardous waste, chemicals or solvents, paints or oils, fuel, batteries, tires, propane tanks or gas cylinders, flammable materials, medical waste, asbestos-containing materials, appliances that still contain refrigerant, or electronic devices in the container. Colorado law prohibits landfill disposal of electronic devices (C.R.S. 25-17-303) and land disposal of residentially generated lead-acid batteries and used oil (C.R.S. 30-20-1002, 30-20-1005), and waste tires must go to a tire collector or processor (C.R.S. 30-20-1414). Additional fees may apply if prohibited materials are found.

Permits and placement

In the City of Lakewood we found no permit requirement for a roll-off on private property such as a driveway, but the City Code wants dumpsters on an improved all-weather surface and off grass and landscaping (§8.14.025(D), §9.80.020). A temporary roll-off in the Lakewood right-of-way needs a no-charge Public Way permit before it is placed, is allowed only when there is no suitable location on the private property, and may stay no more than 30 days unless extended (§8.14.028); work in the right-of-way of a state highway needs a state and a City permit (§12.04.040(A)); and other cities and counties have their own rules. Following local regulations and HOA requirements is the customer's responsibility. We can help explain the local requirements when you book.

Service provider responsibility

When a Service Provider is involved, it operates as an independent business and is responsible for maintaining proper licensing and insurance; following local, state and federal regulations; the safe handling and disposal of waste; safe delivery and pickup; and preventing property damage during delivery or pickup. Lakewood Bin Pros does not control or manage Service Providers and is not liable for their performance.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lakewood Bin Pros, its owners and affiliates are not liable for property damage, injury or loss resulting from third-party services; property damage caused by improper site conditions; delays related to traffic, weather or facility operations; delays, cancellations or failure to perform outside our direct control; losses arising from misuse of a rented container or unsafe loading; errors or omissions on this website; or disputes between customers and Service Providers. Use of our services is at your own discretion and risk.

No warranties

The website and our services are provided "as is" and based on availability at the time of scheduling, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including about the performance or reliability of a Service Provider, specific delivery or pickup times, the accuracy of information on this website, or the suitability of any service for a specific purpose.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lakewood Bin Pros, its affiliates and team members from any claims, damages or expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of this website or our services, your interaction with any Service Provider, improper use of a rented container, disposal of prohibited materials, unsafe loading or placement conditions, or a violation of these terms.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and any dispute arising from the use of this website or our services is handled in the appropriate courts serving Jefferson County, Colorado. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is posted here with its revised date, and continued use of the website or our services after that means you accept the changes.
