Residential Dumpster Rental
Driveway-friendly roll-off containers for Lakewood homeowners clearing garages, basements, remodels, roofs, moves and yards.

Seven service lines out of one yard on Kendall Street. Same containers, same flat pricing — what changes is how the load gets sized and what has to stay out of it.

Every job we do is a roll-off container with a different conversation around it. A homeowner clearing a garage in Lakewood, a roofer on a tear-off in Wheat Ridge, a property manager turning over units in Englewood and a landscaper clearing storm limbs in Arvada all get the same clean container and the same flat price. What differs is the sizing, the placement, where the load goes and what the city or county where the job sits has to say about it.
The pages below explain each service the way we would on the phone. If your job does not fit any of them neatly, call (720) 370-8548 and describe it — most do not, and that is fine.

How it works
Most bookings take a few minutes.
One short conversation. We ask the location, what you are clearing — a cleanout, a renovation, a roof, a yard, a job site — roughly how much there is, and how much room the driveway or lot gives us.
You get one number that covers delivery, pickup, disposal, the standard rental period and an included weight allowance. If a smaller box does the job we will say so. If it is concrete, shingles or dirt, we say up front that weight decides the size.
The driver sets the container on the driveway, lot or job site where you asked, on a hard surface rather than the lawn. Often same-day or next-day, depending on availability. You do not need to be home.
Keep it below the top edge and keep the banned items out — paint and solvents, chemicals, oil and fuel, batteries, tires, propane tanks and gas cylinders, medical waste, asbestos, and TVs, computers and other electronics. Need more time or a swap mid-job? One call.
The load is covered or secured and goes to an approved facility, with metal, concrete, cardboard and yard debris recycled through local Colorado facilities whenever possible. You get your driveway back the way you left it.

Describe the job and we will say. Roughly: homeowners want residential, builders want construction, businesses want commercial, people who would rather not lift want junk removal, and anyone in a hurry wants same-day.
No — the container and the flat price are the same. The difference is how we size and schedule it.
Yes. Standing swap schedules and monthly invoicing are routine for property managers and contractors.
Yes — fifteen cities and communities across Lakewood and the west Denver metro, each with its own page. We found no exclusive roll-off franchise anywhere we serve; what differs is the street permit and the hauler licence each city writes into its code, and each town page says what that code says. We are licensed and insured.
Service area
We run roll-off containers out of our yard on Kendall Street to every town below. Many orders go out same-day depending on availability; distance and route timing decide the rest. Street placement and hauler rules differ from city to city, and each page says so plainly. If your town is not listed, call anyway.
