Permits, placement and who may haul in Sheridan

Knocking something down: Colorado requires an inspection by a Colorado-certified asbestos inspector and a CDPHE demolition notice ten working days before any demolition starts, homes included, even if no asbestos is found (AQCC Regulation 8).
